AmphiMedia has successfully launched AmphiHQ to support three sections of an MBA Negotiations course with INSEAD in Singapore. The 150 students are tasked to do six roleplay assignments throughout the course to practice and learn the skills of negotiation.

Every week, the students video themselves during the roleplay, using their webcam, iPhone or whatever they have on hand. They connect to AmphiHQ to upload their video and debrief their experience. Allowing the students to see themselves negotiate with their different counterparts, as well as give and get feedback, makes the learning experience all the more tangible and relevant.

The professor goes one step further using this platform, supporting both the learning as well as the evaluation of the students. After the students give feedback to each other, a grader also logs in to give them feedback on their analysis. Great way to develop skills!
